Crisis Management & Compliance

Krisen sind nicht planbar – der Umgang mit ihnen schon.

Exploring culture

We have been working with Crafty Counsel to produce a series of six bite-sized videos, each aimed at exploring what culture is and why it matters through sharing what we have seen in legal practice.

These videos were recorded before the UK announced lockdown measures in response to Covid-19.

Series Introduction

In this video series we explore how culture can drive bad behaviour, and what organisations should consider to embed effective cultural change.

Understanding groupthink and how to avoid it

Harriet Ellis and Hazel McLaughlin explain the psychology behind groupthink and its influence in organisations.

The role of the board: driving the culture you want

Rachel Barrett and Simon Kerr-Davis share practical tools on how to embed a positive culture.

Short term incentives: can you have them?

Bradley Richardson and Psychologist Hazel McLaughlin discuss the impact of performance incentives and targets.

Driving an effective speak up culture

Gavin Lewis and Simon Kerr-Davis discuss the elements of a successful speak up programme.

Understanding why good people sometimes do bad things: understanding your corporate culture

Sarah Wiggins and Hazel McLaughlin outline the best ways to bring cultural change to organisations.
